Your next everyday companion is on its way. Follow your Adamonde order from confirmation to delivery.
Your order, at a glance
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to view its status and available shipping updates.
Track from your email
Open your Adamonde order confirmation email and select the link to view your order. This opens your secure order-status page. You can return to it for updates as your order is prepared and shipped.
When tracking information is added to your shipment, look for your shipping confirmation email. It contains your tracking link and tracking number when available. Your tracking number is also available on your order-status page once added.
Can't find your tracking details?
- Search your inbox for Adamonde and check your spam or junk folder.
- Check the email address you used at checkout. Your order number is in your order confirmation; it is different from your carrier tracking number.
- If your shipment does not have tracking information yet, check your order-status page again later. Carrier updates appear as your shipment is scanned.
If you checked out with a phone number instead of an email address, look for the order-status link in your order confirmation text message.

Carrier lookup, if needed
Your Adamonde order-status page is the best place to start. If you already have a tracking number and need another way to check it, use the carrier link in your shipping email or look it up on 17TRACK (opens in a new tab). This external fallback needs your carrier tracking number, not your Adamonde order number.
