Order and delivery help

Please include your order number and a brief description of what you need. Adamonde dispatches orders the same business day from its Los Angeles warehouse. Standard shipping is free throughout the U.S.; international shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns and warranty

Adamonde accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. We review return requests within two business days. Prepaid return labels are available only to U.S. customers after approval.

For a claim under Adamonde’s one-year manufacturing-defect warranty, include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. Please contact us before sending an item back.
