Same-business-day dispatch from Los Angeles

Adamonde orders are dispatched the same business day from our Los Angeles warehouse. Dispatch is when your order leaves our warehouse; it is not a promise of same-day delivery.

Free standard shipping throughout the U.S.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

International shipping

International shipping is not free. Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout for your destination.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel.

Returns within 30 days of delivery

Adamonde accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Email info@adamonde.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request within two business days. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Prepaid return labels for U.S. customers

Once a U.S. return is approved, Adamonde will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Prepaid return labels are available only to U.S. customers. For an international return, contact us for instructions before shipping the item.

Refund timing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you confirmation and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within five business days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 additional business days to show the refund in your account.

One-year manufacturing-defect warranty

Adamonde products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To request warranty support, email info@adamonde.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
