Where are Adamonde products made?
Adamonde’s leather goods are manufactured in Kolkata, India. Our manufacturing team works across product development, sampling and production. Read our About Us page for more about the brand.

Adamonde ships orders from its Los Angeles warehouse in the United States.
Shipping and delivery
When will Adamonde dispatch my order?
Adamonde orders are dispatched the same business day from our Los Angeles warehouse. Dispatch is when the order leaves our warehouse; it does not mean same-day delivery.
Is shipping free in the United States?
Yes. Adamonde offers free standard shipping throughout the U.S., with no minimum purchase required.
Does Adamonde ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is not free. Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout for your destination.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Follow the tracking information in your shipping confirmation for your parcel’s progress.

Returns and warranty
What is Adamonde’s return window?
Adamonde accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How do I request a return and get a label?
Email info@adamonde.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Adamonde will review your request within two business days. Once a U.S. return is approved, we will email a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Are prepaid returns available internationally?
Prepaid return labels are available only to U.S. customers. International customers should contact Adamonde for return instructions before shipping an item.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, Adamonde will confirm by email and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within five business days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 additional business days to show the refund. See our Refund Policy.
Does Adamonde offer a warranty?
Yes. Adamonde products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Email info@adamonde.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

What type of leather does Adamonde use?

Do all Adamonde wallets have RFID protection?

How do I know whether a bag will fit my laptop?
