Refunds Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email info@adamonde.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We’ll review your request within two business days. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before sending your item back.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you confirmation and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within five business days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 additional business days to show the refund in your account.
